As a dedicated mental health professional as well as a lifelong dancer, I am passionate about harnessing the transformative power of movement to support individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being. With a background in both Psychology and numerous genres of dance, I specialize in using dance and movement as a therapeutic tool to promote physical, emotional, and mental health.

My approach to Music and Movement is grounded in empathy, creativity, and authenticity. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner worlds, express themselves freely, and discover new possibilities for growth and healing. Through a combination of guided movement exercises, improvisation, and reflective dialogue, I collaborate with clients to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, artistic expression, behavioral issues, coping skills, depression, grief reaction, life transitions,self-esteem, stress, trauma, and PTSD.

With experience working in clinical settings, nursing homes, community agencies, and creative arts camps, I have had the privilege of witnessing the profound impact that dance movement therapy can have on individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Whether I am working with children, adolescents, adults, or seniors, my goal is to empower each client to cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and connection through embodied expression.

In addition to my clinical work, I am committed to ongoing professional development and education in the field of dance movement therapy.
